With its dramatic backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean on the Wild Atlantic Way, Portbeg Holiday Homes are in a prime position ½ a mile south of Bundoran. Property 1 (ref W32111) is a detached property and Property 2 (ref W32112) is semi-detached. The properties have an attractive open plan layout and are very spacious, furnished to a very good standard and have every modern convenience. Properties 1 and 2 have their own patio area and furniture, which gives guests the opportunity to enjoy those golden sunsets for which the west is so famous for. Each pet you bring along will be provided with a dog bowl and some goodies (subject to availability).
The coastal path runs alongside Portbeg, taking walkers into Bundoran and beyond. Bundoran is Donegal’s premier seaside resort and visitors of all ages can enjoy a wide variety of attractions for all the family. Popular for its musical heritage, Bundoran is a hive of activity during the summer months with many music and dance festivals including the annual Sea Sessions Festival. Bundoran is also synonymous with surfing and has gained an international reputation as the surfing capital of Ireland, especially surfing at the beautiful Tullan Strand, just a short walk from Surf Shack. Other water sports catered for are body boarding and kayaking. With golf, Waterworld - an indoor aqua adventure playground, horse riding, a fun fair, Donegal Adventure Centre, a cinema and a vibrant nightlife, there is something for everyone. Nearby you will find many restaurants, shops and pubs often providing traditional music. Beach 200 yards. Shop and restaurant 100 yards, pub 50 yards.
