Cley-next-the-Sea is just a 10-minute walk away and is home to award-winning cafés, tea rooms, smoked fish house, windmill, art galleries and a pub serving good food. There is a shingle beach which can be accessed by footpath, and an eco-friendly visitor centre with a cafe, shop and information about the birds and wildlife of the salt marshes. Blakeney Quay is a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. Walkers and cyclists will find an abundance of picturesque coastal routes right on the doorstep, and having worked up an appetite, you will be delighted to discover North Norfolk’s emerging ’foodie’ reputation.
