This enchanting detached holiday home, complete with outdoor plunge pool and panoramic views of the Monferrato vineyards, is the place to stay if you wish to celebrate a special occasion, or gather with your extended family. The property is located on a dominant hill with breathtaking open views over the Monferrato hills and towards the Alps in the distance. There is a large garden which surrounds the whole house and boasts a plunge pool, terrace and an area where children can play. There is a small apartment on-site where the caretaker and his pets live.
Asti, 30km, has a beautiful water park and a renowned festival in September. Acqui Terme, also 30km away, has some thermal baths and a golf club which is open all year round. In July, in the splendid town of Barolo, 50km, there is a musical festival with four days of non-stop concerts. From October to November in Alba, 37km, there is the International White Truffle Fair, and on Sundays this event is enriched with various shows, concerts, entertainment and exhibitions.
