Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared, 15m x 5m, depth 1.3m, open Easter - September). Public car park, free of charge. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, 150 yards away.

Compact and bijou but the ideal place to stay during your visit to this stunning area of north Devon this cosy and comfortable, semi-detached, holiday property is perfectly located on the Willingcott Valley Park, just outside the renowned coastal resort of Woolacombe. Due to the wonderfully remote location, having a car or other mode of transport would be advantageous if you are looking to explore further afield during your stay.
With its impressive sandy beach, Woolacombe itself has a great vibe with restaurants, pubs and shops. If you fancy a day away from the beach, there are plenty of other things to do during you stay. Nearby Ilfracombe has all the amenities of a bigger town with a large range of pubs, restaurants and shops to choose from. The famous Tunnels Beaches is just around the corner and a short walk away is Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour area with its quay side, lifeboat station and church overlooking the Bristol Channel. There are numerous attractions within easy reach of the house including the Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and the Lynton to Lynmouth Venicular Railway. There are further beaches at Croyde and Saunton and you will find some of the best and cleanest surf beaches in the country as well as many smaller coves and bays. Exmoor and the South West Coast Path are located close by and on a clear day the views of the surrounding coast and countryside are spectacular from these well-known walking areas. There are National Trust properties at Arlington and Knightshayes and the RHS gardens at Rosemoor and Great Torrington. Beach 3 miles. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 2 miles.
