The historic former slate mining village of Rosebush lies in a central location ideal for exploring the countryside, Pembrokeshire coast, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. A short drive away is the ancient burial chambers of Pentre Ifan, dating back to 3500BC, or take a walk on one of the many footpaths to Foel Cwmcerwyn, the highest peak in Pembrokeshire. For those keen on fishing, there is coarse fishing just 100 yards from the doorstep. Take a short drive to the famous walled town of Tenby and enjoy the magnificent award-winning beach, or an afternoon at Folly Farm. After a busy day exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, why not relax by the lake with a book and watch the sunset? Beach 11¾ miles. Shop 2 miles, pub 20 yards and restaurant 300 yards.
