St. Finian’s Bay beach, 6 miles, is a mecca for surfers, and also is home to a chocolate factory. The golden sands of Ballinskelligs beach is 10 miles. Explore beautiful Valentia Island, reached by the nearby land bridge. There’s also horseriding, golf and fishing nearby.
