On the ground floor, the large and comfortable living room has a delightful wood burner and a wonderful window seat overlooking the garden, making this a perfect reading spot. The spacious kitchen/dining room has an electric range and all the facilities you need to cook a delicious meal, and the dining area has an electric wood burner for cosy nights in playing games or enjoying dinner. There is also a utility area, twin bedroom and a shower room too. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. Both rooms enjoy stunning views over the rolling Exmoor hills. A large bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle completes the accommodation.
Outside, the beautiful cottage garden can be accessed via the hallway or from the French doors in the living room, with a gorgeous lawned area, flower beds, pond and summerhouse, great for sunny days or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down after a day exploring.
