Dunearn Heights is within the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park and is an ideal base to spend a holiday exploring the sights of the Perthshire area. The spectacular Falls of Dochart are just a few miles away in Killin, and Balquidder, the burial spot of Rob Roy MacGregor is also close by. Lochearnhead, situated in an idyllic, picturesque holiday location, is an ideal centre for a variety of leisure pursuits including walking, fishing, golfing, cycling on dedicated pathways, waterskiing and canoeing. This part of Scotland is a paradise for the walker with leisurely strolls in the surrounding foothills, or serious hill treks for the more energetic. For the dedicated shopper the city of Stirling is a must to visit for a day of shopping and you can make a visit to Stirling Castle while you are there. Shop, pub and restaurant 450 yards.
