Living/dining room: With 49" Smart TV, double sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and bi-folding doors leading to patio.
Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: With double bed, 43" Smart TV, French doors leading to patio and en-suite toilet.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and 43" Smart TV.
Bathroom: With shower over Jacuzzi bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Hot tub for 6 (private).

Both properties: Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Games room with pool table, dart board, Freeview TV, Xbox and a selection of board games (shared with other property on-site). Courtyard with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub (private, £50per week and £30 per short break November-March). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: These properties have a security deposit of £50 per adult.

If you enjoy walking or cycling then a holiday at Underwood Farm is perfect due to its location close to the Offa’s Dyke Trail, Wye Valley and Tintern Abbey walks. Whilst enjoying your stay at The Outlook (ref UKC1935) and The Retreat (ref UKC1936) you can rest your tired muscles in your own private hot tub with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the fabulous views. Beach 8 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 4 miles. The Outlook (ref UKC1935) and The Retreat (UKC1936) can be booked together to accommodate upto 8 guests.
