No. 2 Prospect House is a beautifully furnished ground floor apartment situated in the award-winning Prospect House development. The building sits in a prime position, perched on a cliff top offering spectacular sea views over Start Bay and with both a front and rear terrace, the unique selling point here is most definitely the ability to enjoy the views from sunrise to sunset.

Inside, the apartment is furnished to the highest standards in a contemporary New England style. The light and airy open plan living space gives access to a furnished terrace. This is the ideal place to dine especially at breakfast while admiring the spectacular sea views.

Outside, the sheltered communal garden to the rear has a heated outdoor pool area and a full-size tennis court. Prospect House also has a large communal garden at the front of the building with a dining area and benches overlooking the whole bay.

Prospect House is ideally located for exploring the beautiful area, and we love the fact that the property has a direct view of Start Point lighthouse. The property sits directly on the South West Coastal path and this also leads to the unspoilt Hallsands Beach. The thriving market town of Kingsbridge is close by and offers an array of independent shops, cafés and restaurants to enjoy. The bi-monthly farmers market offers a wide selection of fresh meat, fish and vegetables.

The bustling seaside town of Salcombe is a short drive away, with a picturesque harbour and abundance of shops, cafés and restaurants to explore. The area is a haven for sailing enthusiasts and offers many water based activities including sailing, scuba diving, canoeing and kayaking.
