Heated outdoor swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site open May-September). Tennis court (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car; additional car park. No smoking. Please note: There is a gate leading from the garden to the swimming pool and there are steps in the garden. This property has a security deposit of £100.

When you are ready to retreat to bed, two comfortable bedrooms will ensure you have a great night’s sleep. With both offering access to the terrace, you can wake up and step straight outside into the sunshine!
Whether you visit as a family or retreat to the property for a romantic break for two, the large, sunny garden makes the perfect place to while away an afternoon. Set across two levels, and with plants and trees from the Mediterranean, you can lie back on one of the sun loungers and feel a world away from home. Practice your serve on one of the communal tennis courts, make a splash as you work up your appetite for dinner with a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool or pause to admire the views of Start Bay from the clifftop gated garden. For those times when you need to wind down and warm up after a long walk, the underfloor heating is perfect.

Set in South Hallsands, this property offers excellent access to the world famous South West Coast Path and is located next to the historic lost village of Hallsands. Take a 5-minute walk north along the coast on foot and you’ll stumble across the unspoilt beach of North Hallsands. The coastal path south takes you to the famous Start Bay lighthouse set on a rocky promontory which is open to visitors, 1 mile away. Make sure to look out for seals and dolphins. The property is ideally located to explore all that the wonderful county of Devon has to offer such as nearby Salcombe, Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth. There are many beautiful coastal towns and villages to discover, and make sure to stop for a delicious Devon cream tea! For a wonderful day out in the countryside, Dartmoor National Park is within driving distance.
