As you enter the property into a stunning entrance hall, to the left is a well-equipped utility room with space for coats and shoes, and a downstairs toilet.

To the right up 2 steps is the family bathroom and up another 2 steps is a double bedroom. This bedroom has access onto the balcony which looks out over the garden and neighbouring field. There’s a twin bedroom and then finally the master bedroom. This has its own en-suite shower room and also has access to the balcony. The outside space is fantastic and has a mixture of lawned areas and wild areas that can be explored. The garden also has an unfenced pond.
Take in some fabulous walking within the Wye Valley, which boasts some stunning scenery.
This is a perfect base from which to visit nearby family attractions which include Clearwell Caves, The Secret Forest, Puzzlewood, Perrygrove Steam Railway, a sculpture trail and a railway museum. The Forest of Dean has always been a huge draw for cyclists (the property has a rack to store four bikes behind a locked gate) and walkers.
Areas within easy reach include Clearwell, Newland and St Briavels. Symonds Yat is a popular destination for ornithologists due to the prescence of nesting peregrine falcons. The Wye Valley also offers a variety of river-based activities such as canoeing and fishing. Shop and pub ¼ mile, restaurant 1½ miles.
