Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. The maximum occupancy for bedroom 3 is 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old, or 2 adults.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for open fire included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate.

Enclosed lawned courtyard with sitting-out area, garden furniture and Charcoal BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking.

This attractive, limestone, detached barn conversion is set in the heart of the small, picturesque, Peak District hamlet of Foolow. Offering a wealth of period features, the property can be found behind the neatly sculptured village green, complete with an ancient cross and duck pond, which provides the centrepiece to the village. Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Peak District National Park, the area is a paradise for walkers, and the local pet-friendly pub which is good to return to, provides good traditional food and drinks. Nearby, Eyam village, only 2 miles away, is home to further local amenities, and the ever popular market town of Bakewell, with its generous selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, is just 5 miles away.
Centrally located within the Peak District National Park, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall can be reached in around 20 minutes, with further popular towns and villages such as Castleton, Hathersage, Buxton and Hartington just half an hour away. Shop 3½ miles, pub and restaurant 65 yards.
