Aberceiro Cottage lies on the outskirts of Llandre, a small village midway between the popular seaside resort of Borth and Aberystwyth, a seaside university town.
This single-storey, detached holiday property is located on a working sheep farm in peaceful, idyllic surroundings and enjoys fantastic views of the Eleri Valley. The setting is in beautiful unspoilt rolling hills, where you can spy all sorts of bird and wildlife including red kites, and also enjoy the many hidden activities within the area such as clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, pony trekking and numerous golf courses. Surrounded by a lawned area, the bungalow is accessed via a conservatory entrance, through into a large, open-plan kitchen and dining area which also has French doors onto a patio and lawned area overlooking the surrounding hills. The airy and spacious kitchen is fully fitted with up-to-date appliances and there is a separate living room.
Located to the side of the house with external access, the property has an 18ft swim spa (maximum temperature 30°) which is available all year. It can be used for exercise, and has a built in wave machine.
There is a guest house nearby, open to the public, which serves evening dinners (peak season only) and also has a licensed bar. It is only a short walk into the town where there are numerous cafés, restaurants and pubs. Shops, pubs and restaurants 0.5 miles.
