Daily Giveaway of £500

1. This is a Prize Draw (“Prize”). There will be one winner each day from 1st Dec 2016 until 24th Dec 2016. Winners will receive a cheque in the sum of £500.
2. You will be automatically entered into that day’s Prize Draw when you make a valid booking by midnight on cottages.com or one of our selected Partner websites. The Prize Draw is open from 00:01am on the 1st December 2016 and closes on the 24th December 2016 at 11.59pm GMT. Any entries received after this time and date will not be accepted.
3. The Prize Draw is open to all customers resident in England, Wales or Scotland. Employees of Wyndham Worldwide and its group of companies (including Wyndham Vacation Rentals UK), their agents, partners and families are not permitted to enter.
4. One (1) entry per customer will be accepted.
5. The Prize Winners will be randomly selected the next day at 10am (except for those entries received on the 23rd and 24th of December 2016 which will be randomly selected on the 4th January 2017) from all eligible entries received before the closing date/time. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be considered void and not counted. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete and/or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
6. Cheques will be distributed to all winners within 28 days from the 9th January 2017.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the Prize Draw at any time without notice.
8. 9. The Prize Draw Winner’s name and county address will be available from the Promoter’s address (below) between 16th January 2017 and 20th January 2017 upon request and provided a SAE is enclosed.
10. By entering the Prize Draw, Prize Winners grant the Promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. This Prize Draw is being run within the guidelines set out by Facebook regarding Promotions on their network and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram or Pinterest.
12. The Prize has not been donated or sponsored by any company.
13. The Prize Draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
15. Entry into the prize draw confirms that participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
